Human rights in Gaza and Israel during the hostilities: PHR Israel: Wounded should not be victims to financial dispute

PHR Israel learnt that the Palestinian Civil Affairs Committee has decided against submitting requests on behalf of wounded persons to the Israeli District Coordination Office (DCO). The reason giveng: the PA regards Israel as responsible for the direct wounds inflicted on the individuals.
